Improved suspension for more riding fun and comfort
Our Wilbers suspension components ensure a significantly improved riding experience on the Kawasaki W 800.

Instead of the standard linear fork springs, we use high-quality, progressively wound springs. The result: significantly better responsiveness and more reserves during hard braking manoeuvres. In addition, our more viscous Zero Friction fork oil in combination with an adapted air chamber ensures that the standard under-damped fork offers significantly more control and comfort.

The original shock absorbers are adjusted very hard, which limits comfort and allows little feedback from the road. Our conversion also uses progressive springs here, which ensure improved response behaviour and more reserves. We have also individually adjusted the rebound and compression damping to ensure harmonious handling.
