Product information
From the factory, the springs of the shock absorber of the Triumph Speed Twin DD04 have a poor block value, which means that the second spring rate sets in very quickly and ride comfort is lost.
We also use progressive springs, but our springs offer more comfort because the redesigned fork springs have a better block value, which means that the second, harder spring rate is reached later.
In addition, rebound and compression damping has been optimised.
Our suspension conversion realises a better fork response. This is achieved by replacing the linear fork springs with progressive fork springs. The second spring rate also provides a larger reserve.
The suspension geometry on the front and rear axle was optimised via the negative spring deflections.
The high quality Adjustline mono shock absorber was the inspiration for the Wilbers twin shocks. Here again only best components are integrated and because of our unit assembly system special-length or –requirements are no problem. Tunable in rebound, infinitely in spring preload, they are a top product with an ABE and 7 years warranty at an unbeatable price-/performance-ratio!
