The new Honda GL1800 Goldwing now features electronically adjustable front and rear shocks. The system adjusts the damping of the suspension struts depending on the selected riding mode. In addition, the spring preload can be adjusted separately to the respective load via a knob.
Our WESA system, which we have been successfully offering for many years for many BMW motorcycles, gives you the possibility to adjust this suspension even better to your needs. Thus the hardness of the spring, thus the spring rate, as well as damper characteristics are individually adapted to your personal data. Another advantage of our WESA suspension is the finer adjustment range of the individual damper modes. This means, for example, that by selecting the Tour mode, you get gentle damping for maximum comfort, and in the Sport mode, you get a much more noticeably sporty damper characteristic.

The original shocks must be sent in for coupling.

Recommendation for raising by 20 mm: Dismantle main stand, as the rear wheel touches the ground when used. Assembly time for the installation and removal of the struts is approx. 12 hours Incl. coupling, rear additionally incl. partial hydraulic spring preload with coupling; coupling only possible in Nordhorn or at a trained Wilbers-Dealer!
