How do I get a replacement for TÜV parts certificates or ABE?

Can you repair my stock shock absorber?
We do not offer repairs for stock shock absorbers. Reasons include liability issues and lack of original spare parts.

Can I order springs in different colours?
With the Adjustline, custom colours are available at an additional cost. Simply tell us your desired RAL colour and configuration.

What is the difference between Blue/Black Line and Nightline?
The difference is purely visual; technically all variants are identical.
Blue Line: blue spring, coloured adjusters
Black Line: black spring, silver adjusters
Nightline: fully black anodised (piston rod chrome-plated) with red adjusters. A 10% surcharge applies.
Custom colour combinations are also possible.

Can I have my vehicle converted directly at Wilbers?
Yes, after making an appointment we are happy to carry out installation or conversion directly on your vehicle.
When will I receive the ABE for my Wilbers suspension?
Usually within six months after inclusion in the programme.
