What makes Wilbers suspension different from my stock suspension?
Wilbers suspension is individually tailored to the rider and motorcycle. Factors such as rider weight, passenger, luggage, riding style and intended use (road, track or off-road) are directly taken into account during development.

The result is a perfectly tuned suspension for optimal riding dynamics and maximum safety.
How do I get a replacement for TÜV parts certificates or ABE?
Simply send us a copy of your purchase invoice. We will provide the required documents free of charge via email or post.

Alternatively, many documents are available in the download section.
Can you repair my stock shock absorber?
We do not offer repairs for stock shock absorbers. Reasons include liability issues and lack of original spare parts.

Without reliable manufacturer specifications such as oil quality, gas pressure and other parameters, a proper repair cannot be guaranteed.
Are there installation instructions, e.g. for fork springs?
Yes, installation instructions are available for all products. These can be downloaded from the download section.

Alternatively, we can send them free of charge via email, post or telephone request.
Are there instructions for adjusting the shock absorbers?
The optimal setup is individual and strongly depends on rider and usage.

We are happy to assist you personally with fine-tuning your suspension.
Can I order springs in different colours?
With the Adjustline, custom colours are available at an additional cost. Simply tell us your desired RAL colour and configuration.

A colour selection is also available.
What is the difference between Blue/Black Line and Nightline?
The difference is purely visual; technically all variants are identical.

Blue Line: blue spring, coloured adjusters
Black Line: black spring, silver adjusters

Nightline: fully black anodised (piston rod chrome-plated) with red adjusters. A 10% surcharge applies.

Custom colour combinations are also possible.
Can I have my vehicle converted directly at Wilbers?
Yes, after making an appointment we are happy to carry out installation or conversion directly on your vehicle.
When will I receive the ABE for my Wilbers suspension?
Usually within six months after inclusion in the programme.

The exact timeframe depends on the workload of TÜV and the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
Are there solutions for vehicles not yet in the programme?
Yes, you can provide your vehicle for development purposes.

In return, you receive a 50% discount on materials and free installation of the suspension system.
