Wilbers Nivomat suspension for Harley-Davidson Street Glide FL4 – comfort and safety at a new level
After initial tests in trade magazines, it quickly became clear that the models in the Harley-Davidson Street Glide FL4 series also benefit enormously from the Wilbers Nivomat suspension – making them a compelling alternative to the standard factory suspension.
The FL4 differs from its FL3 predecessor only in terms of the revised fork spring – the rest of the vehicle concept remains identical, which also offers great potential for optimization.
The standard fork has weaknesses: it is too hard in the lower range and offers little noticeable suspension travel. The shock absorber is also rather stiff in the factory setting – at the expense of comfort and handling.
With the Wilbers Nivomat, we offer a suspension solution that noticeably improves comfort, traction, and driving safety – for a balanced and stable driving experience. The seat height remains unchanged compared to the standard version.
