Here the fork is completely disassembled and reworked, on the right side an open cartridge is installed with the well-known high-quality ZERO friction fork springs. From now on you can regulate the rebound damping exactly via a needle valve, additionally the spring preload can be adjusted. The left side of the fork is also equipped with the ZERO friction fork springs and the matching Zero Friction fork oil. To improve the running characteristics the Wilbers crowned bearing kit is used. This improves the responsiveness noticeably by up to 25% - shattering will no longer be a problem for your fork.
