Warning about fraudulent emails sent in our name

We are currently aware of spam and phishing emails circulating that falsely claim to originate from Wilbers Products GmbH. These messages were not sent by us.

The purpose of such emails is often to trick recipients into disclosing sensitive information or opening malicious links or attachments.

How to recognise fraudulent emails

  • Check the sender address: Official emails from Wilbers are sent exclusively from addresses using our domain (@wilbers.de).
  • Be cautious of unusual content: Messages creating urgency, threats or payment requests are typical warning signs.
  • Links & attachments: Do not open unexpected attachments and avoid clicking on suspicious links.
Important:
We will never ask you by email to provide passwords, payment details or other confidential information.
