Complaints & Returns

Procedure

  • Contact us at technik@wilbers.de to receive a return label and ticket number.
  • Complete the form in full.
  • Send the goods back to the original source of purchase (dealer or Wilbers directly).
  • Ensure the goods are securely packaged for transport.

Important Notes

  • Excluded from return: damaged, used or customised products.
  • Consumers: statutory right of withdrawal applies. After expiry 10% handling fee will be charged.
  • Resellers: excluded from return (as per our terms & conditions).
  • Returns from abroad: please observe customs regulations. Any fees incurred will be invoiced to you.

Refunds: within 14 days after receipt of goods, refunded via the original payment method.
